Terms of Service
Terms version 2026-08 · These terms govern use of Inflow Manager.
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Inflow Manager (“we”, “us”, or “the operator”) regarding your access to Inflow Manager. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Inflow Manager provides a hosted personal-operations workspace for organizing work, accounts, infrastructure records, reminders, financial tracking, documents and related operational information. Features and limits depend on the active plan.
2. Account eligibility and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining control of your email account, protecting your password and two-factor authentication methods, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to create or obtain Super Admin privileges unless authorized by the operator.
3. Plans, trials and quotas
The service may offer Free Forever, trial and paid access. Public plan limits and prices are displayed on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases or renewals. Existing workspace records are not automatically deleted when a trial ends or a plan is downgraded; creation or capacity-increasing actions may be restricted while usage exceeds the active plan quota.
4. Billing and payment providers
Paid subscriptions may be processed through configured third-party payment providers or approved manual payment methods. The application does not store complete payment card numbers or CVV. A paid plan becomes active only after trusted billing settlement or approved manual-payment review. Taxes, currency availability, payment-provider eligibility and checkout terms may vary by location.
5. Renewals and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Where the provider supports it, you may cancel at the end of the current paid period or cancel immediately. Provider-specific behavior can differ. Cancellation of billing does not delete your workspace. Account deletion is a separate privacy action.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, compromise other systems, distribute malware, abuse payment systems, evade access controls, interfere with service availability, scrape or probe private customer data, or store content you do not have the right to process.
7. Your data and your responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the information you place in your workspace. You should maintain appropriate independent backups for information that is critical to you. Privacy export is provided as a data-access mechanism, and eligible plans may offer encrypted tenant backups.
8. Sensitive information
Some modules are designed to store designated credential or recovery information. Use these features carefully. Never submit passwords, private keys, recovery codes or similar secrets through public support forms or ordinary support notes.
9. Service availability
We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, hosting failures, provider outages, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect service availability.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance or material violation of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will preserve customer data according to the platform’s retention and privacy processes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is an organizational and operational tool, not legal, tax, accounting, investment or cybersecurity professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service, law or commercial model changes. Material changes may require renewed acceptance where appropriate. The version shown on this page identifies the currently published terms.
13. Contact
