What is Inflow Manager?+
Inflow Manager is an all-in-one personal productivity and personal operations app for organizing tasks, projects, goals, time, notes, reminders, digital accounts, websites, subscriptions and other important operational information in one private workspace.
Who is Inflow Manager designed for?+
It is designed for individuals who manage more than a simple to-do list and want one place for personal work, digital accounts, websites, subscriptions, reminders, security records and recurring operational routines.
Is Inflow Manager free?+
Yes. The active public Free Forever plan provides a permanent entry level. Its live limits are shown on the Pricing page and can be adjusted by the platform operator without changing application code.
Do I need a card to start a trial?+
The platform can offer a no-card trial. When email verification is disabled by the platform operator, an eligible trial can start as soon as registration activates the account.
What can I manage with Inflow Manager?+
The workspace includes tasks, projects, milestones, goals, areas, reviews, time tracking, notes, tags, service accounts, platform profiles, websites, domains, hosting, devices, subscriptions, expenses, relationships, security and reporting tools.
Can I manage tasks, projects and goals?+
Yes. Tasks can be connected to projects, milestones and goals, and the system also supports priorities, recurrence, dependencies, reminders, checklists and daily planning workflows.
Does Inflow Manager include time tracking and focus timers?+
Yes. You can track actual work time and optionally set a focus target. A warning can be sent before the target is reached, and the timer can continue afterward so your real work duration is preserved until you stop it.
Can tasks send reminders?+
Yes. A task can have a future reminder date and time, including tomorrow or later dates. In-app notification is the default route, while other supported channels can be enabled from Notification Preferences.
What notification channels does Inflow Manager support?+
The central notification engine supports in-app notifications, email, Telegram, WhatsApp and device/PWA push. Availability depends on provider configuration, user preferences and plan entitlements.
How do Telegram notifications work?+
Telegram is connected per user with that user’s own bot token stored in the encrypted Credential Vault plus the user’s Telegram Chat ID. Individual event routes are then enabled from Notification Preferences.
How do device push notifications work?+
Device push uses the platform’s configured web-push provider. A user enables push on each supported browser or installed PWA device and grants the browser notification permission when requested.
Are WhatsApp notifications available on every plan?+
No. WhatsApp is a paid-provider channel and is not available on the Free plan by default. Paid plans can include a monthly allowance, and extra prepaid message credits can be offered when the platform operator enables top-ups.
Can I manage multiple online accounts?+
Yes. Service accounts can contain multiple platform profiles, including multiple profiles for the same platform. Overall record creation can still be subject to the active plan’s limits.
Can I track websites, domains and hosting?+
Yes. Websites, domains, hosting resources and related service accounts can be managed and connected so renewals and dependencies are easier to review.
Can I install Inflow Manager on my phone?+
Yes. Inflow Manager includes an installable progressive web app designed for mobile use. Supported devices can also receive web-push notifications after permission is granted.
Does Inflow Manager support two-factor authentication?+
Yes. Customer accounts use TOTP two-factor authentication. Users can optionally trust the same browser for a limited period, while password login remains required and trusted-browser access can be revoked from Security Center.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Basic privacy export is intentionally available regardless of plan. Eligible paid plans can also create tenant-scoped encrypted backup archives protected by a customer-chosen passphrase that the server does not store.
What happens when a trial or paid plan ends?+
Workspace records are not automatically deleted. The account falls back to the valid lower access level, normally Free Forever, and creation can be restricted where existing usage is above that plan’s quota.
How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?+
Customers manage plan and billing access from the authenticated Account area. Cancellation affects billing access and is separate from account deletion, so canceling a subscription does not automatically delete workspace records.
Can the platform operator see my saved credentials?+
Normal Super Admin and support workflows do not expose Credential Vault or recovery plaintext. Read-only support access explicitly blocks Vault, recovery, billing, privacy and security routes.
Which payment methods are supported?+
The billing architecture supports configured automatic providers such as PayPal plus operator-defined manual payment methods. Availability depends on the selected plan price, currency and current gateway configuration.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes. Account deletion is a deliberate privacy workflow separate from subscription cancellation. Workspace data is handled according to the configured deletion and retention rules.
Is Inflow Manager designed for shared hosting?+
Yes. The application uses standard Laravel, PHP, MySQL and scheduled cron execution without requiring Redis, WebSockets, Supervisor or permanent queue workers.
